Package prices are indicative based on estimated hours. We bill the time actually used and notify any overrun directly, so you never face unexpected invoices. Anything more than 10% above the estimate is agreed in writing before execution.

More than just programming
Programming is our core, but for turnkey solutions we also arrange hardware and physical installation on request. We don't offer a 24/7 service line or extensive end-user training, we set those expectations clearly upfront.
Hardware delivery
We can also supply Loxone hardware (Miniserver, modules, sensors, actuators) if you prefer to work with one point of contact. Sourced through official Loxone distribution channels, with a fair markup transparently shown in the quote.
Physical installation
On request we also arrange installation of Loxone hardware through our DACH partner network. Suited for projects where you want a complete solution, we coordinate from materials list to commissioning.
Full project
Programming, hardware and installation together. We coordinate the entire flow from briefing to working system, including interfaces with electrician and contractor.

Common pricing questions
We work on hourly basis as a rule: the package prices are indicative figures based on estimated hours, and we bill the actual time used. For tightly-scoped tasks a fixed price may appear in the quote, for exploratory or bespoke work it almost never does, because estimates become unreliable there. With a maximum-budget agreement you still get planning certainty.
As soon as it becomes clear the estimate will be exceeded by more than 10%, we pause work and let you know. You receive a written follow-up quote covering the additional effort. We only execute the additional work after your confirmation. No unexpected invoices.
For Loxone partners with continuous collaboration the hourly rate is negotiable, depending on volume and predictability. For larger single projects (over 40 hours) tiered pricing is available. Get in touch with specifics.
Standard: 30% advance payment, 70% on delivery. Net 14 days. For orders under €500 we invoice the full amount on delivery, no advance.
Of course. The Config file is yours, we keep documentation and history with us. Changes are billed either hourly or via a new Quick Fix package. Bug fixes within the first 60 days of delivery are free.
Yes, the same hourly rate applies internationally. UK clients: invoiced in EUR (or GBP at agreed rate). Swiss clients: invoiced in EUR; CHF settlement possible, calculated at the day's exchange rate. For UK/AT/CH B2B clients with valid VAT ID, reverse charge applies, invoice without VAT.
Yes. A 30-minute advisory call (online or phone) is free and no-obligation, we look at your situation and tell you if and how we can help. Concrete technical advice beyond the intro call is billed hourly.
We deliver Loxone Config programming. Hardware defects, wiring, electrical circuits, smart-home integrations outside Loxone (e.g. Apple HomeKit Bridge), and end-user training (beyond a brief handover) are not part of the standard scope. We explicitly call these out in the quote so there are no expectation mismatches.
