Common questions before first contact
On business days within 24 hours, often sooner. For acute emergencies (e.g. heating off in winter, security system down) we attempt same-day response. Weekends and holidays: reply the next business day, except for emergencies.
We work remotely and are active in DE, AT, CH, UK, NL and CZ. Since all our work runs over Loxone Cloud or VPN, physical location isn't a constraint. Language isn't either, we communicate in DE, EN, NL and CS.
You send us a description of your situation by email or form. We reply within 24h with follow-up questions or a proposal for a 30-minute online call. This first consultation is free and no-obligation.
By default: for partner engagements we sign NDA before detail discussion. For individual clients it's optional, if you want to share sensitive information (e.g. high-security requirements, prominent residents), we'll happily sign an NDA before the first call. Standard template on request.
We mostly work remotely, including the first call. If an in-person meeting matters for your project (e.g. complex handover, multi-stakeholder briefing), we organise it on travel-cost basis. Just mention it in the first call.
